The URBE Association and its members.
Every URBE member maintains a database server with one or more archives. Every node is hosted by an Aleph installation under OpenVMS or Digital Unix Operating System.
Only the Pontifical Gregorian University (GRE) is using application software other than Aleph. However, data from GRE are available in the UCC archive, and single records are displayed via the web interface of the Gregorian University.
This section will be completed with the description of every
archive made by the owner URBE member.
Every URBE archive is constantly updated on line by cataloguers.
The UCC archive is not a cataloging archive. It is a sum of data periodically sent by every URBE archive. It can be considered as a Union Catalog or a main index, and can be accessed through author, title and serial authority files (see help).
